2005 ISX in an '06 Intl 9400i, 13 spd, 3.42 rears, LP 22.5 rubber. Winter average 6.9 mpg. Summer avg 7.4 mpg. Operating mostly in upper Midwest, with occasional runs west and southeast, with average of 40,000 lb in the box and having to run a fair amount of two lanes with hills. Mostly run around 65 mph / 1400 rpm on the freeways. Tops out at 80 mph as set from the factory.

I run mostly in the west (lots of mountains) Pretty much all 80,000 or near 80,000 loads not much deadhead I'm not a slow poke, I run the speed limit whatever it is where I am and I'll idle if I need to for comfort. N14/525 averages from 5 3/4 to 6 1/2 MPG. I have seen 7 MPG a few times running in California and other gestapo states with 55 MPH speed limits.
