Happy belated birthday by the way.

That's... disappointing. Thanks for saving me the exercise friends, lol.

I was doing it to support my wife (her trainer suggested trying it) and I'll eat anything so long at it fills me up, but it got difficult after a few weeks. Not only the fact that sugar is in literally everything, even in Canada, but I had to give up be too, and that was rough.

But yeah, bread, pasta, beer, whiskey, candy... the endorphine rush is well worth the spare tire.

I saw the Stripes but not the Chisum. Good to know. Not sure how it’s all going to time out yet.

I kinda think keto is a fad. Just like all those other diets I remember hearing about in the last 15 years. Seems like every 3-5 years they pick a different food to pick on. I just stick to sensible portions of good food. It works for me.

 

“Sensible portions” is the part I got trouble with.

“Good Food” I got covered.
