Guess Ima hit the gym again. Should probably get around to doing my homework at some point tonight too lol.

 

Have you done your heart attack run yet? I lost track

 

It was about 3 weeks ago. Didn't do too bad. 21km in 96 minutes. If I can shave off 10-12 minutes next year I should have a podium finish.

 

Or, you could paint it yellow and really confuse folks?

 

Cool — about 7 min miles— very impressive (96/ (21 x .612)) if my arithmetic is correct

 

I trained hard. Ran probably 500km in the last 2 years for training. Its therapy for me now. In summer I'll run 5k every 2nd or 3rd evening like nothing. When I started running 3 years ago I ran about half a kilometer around the block and felt like I was dying lol.

Enjoy it while you can — I always enjoyed it — ran CC in HS and could run pretty much all day in the service ( wise man told me one time that it’s really important to be able to run a long way relatively fast if things go bad) but the knees break down over time. If you see me running nowadays, you better get a jump cause there’s something pretty nasty chasing

 

I'm like you and @exhausted379 hands on is the way to go. Feel of material and craftsmanship.
