Well with the abundant amount of info, I dont know how we cant figure it out lol.FlaSwampRat and D.Tibbitt Thank this.

I agree.
I suspect the entire school is very dirty. Bribery etc issuing you a CDL under false pretenses.
Its really hard to fail trucking school. Even more difficult to get a CDL without driving at all.
And if you did have a CDL A (Congratulations...) don't be in such a all fired rush to get that driving. Give you a enough number of years out here you will be sick of it.buddyd157, Tx Countryboy and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -
I think I would’ve kept that to myself lol
D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
Maybe so, but if it happened to the OP how many other people got gypped besides him?
This is something we need to know about.
@jlink ....Can you give us more information and greater detail?buddyd157, FlaSwampRat, D.Tibbitt and 1 other person Thank this. -
Wasn't there a deal in Ohio where they got CDL 's without driving tests someone paid off examiner

What's wrong with that ?? Might bebuddyd157 Thanks this.

Thanks for the responses guys and gals. I'll fill in a bit. Got accepted to school via military waiver, Marine service. Got thru week 4 passing written tests, Temp CDL knowledge, 6 maneuvers and in truck observing. Was my time to drive the next day, but they demanded I sign 1 year contract to drive full time which, if I did not fulfill for ANY REASON, I would owe them the school tuition and motel costs. I am in a bad financial position due to my x-business I owned experiencing employee theft of 250k including money to pay IRS payroll taxes with, so could not make that commitment. So, I know what to do and how to do it but no driving except backup maneuverings. Am scheduled to take State test Oct 21, renting their truck - an old truck with 48 trailer. Am just looking for a few hours behind the wheel for real. I'll get the real world stuff once employed and out with mentor. Hope that's clear now. Live near Sandusky, Oh.

Oh, the State facility truck is 93 Freightliner SL 70. Can't even figure out where the water pump or air compressor are on it! Driving it is gonna be a challenge. Oh yeah, the cost for school was $7k that I don't have.
buddyd157 Thanks this. -
So this is a last ditch effort for you?
Contact the testing agency and ask to see what they charge for a little intro to the truck, an FL70 is really easy to drive and most third party companies have run into this before so they will "rent" a truck and "trainer" for the test.
