2009 prostar it seems that the wipers are going slow ? Even on high they seem to be dragging when I put the washers on it still goes slow..... i hit a rain shower and after being on for a few minutes they started going the rite speed? Do i need to replace the motor?
If so does anyone have any recommendations on brands and part numbers....
