Oh wow. I met a driver that worked for Gordon and he was doing local work for heartland at the muruchan noodle spot in Suffolk va he said I can have his job I thought it was sweet but apparently the local guys they have in va are doing long hrs and aren't too happy. The other one I met was putting in his 2 weeks notice and they told him that he's lucky that they're keeping him any other job would of let him go

 

I turned my truck in was took off salary for not accepting a load during my hometime then once I got to place they said I could of turned it down and worked a extra day. Nope I'm good I did enough extra work. As for the other guy that asked what company allows u in for that pay with little experience mmmmm jb, Western, swift, crst lol Werner and they have more miles and consistency but u might die sooner lol jkn heartland was terrible tho if your gonna do salary with them don't show them that you can run hard they will take advantage. My first weeks were easy until my dispatcher noticed I don't stop the truck unless I have to he surely pushed me hard and only got 118 extra

 

Millis drivers will soon realize this bs too..

 

As of yet not 1 thing has changed here at Millis. Everything remains as it was the day before the buyout. We shall see

 

Just keep this mind...the deal doesn't close till end of year...I'd say within 90 days of that happening..the changes are coming..for the worst..
