    Since I Left the house last Monday I have put in 4137 miles. I’m currently sitting in Amarillo getting in a reset, I will leave early Tuesday morning and deliver this at 0800 Wednesday. Heading over to BWW to watch some football.

    Had a 0800 appointment this morning in Iowa, backed into a door and had my bills at 0805. Deadheaded to the twin cities and live loaded a load going to Lincoln Nebraska for a drop tomorrow morning. From there I will bounce over to the Council Bluffs yard and pick up a trailer going to Chi-town for a 0800 appointment on Friday. I have home time scheduled for next Thursday, so my travel agent is setting me up to get me home in a week.

    I hate inconsiderate people! I’m supposed to be picking up a trailer in Council Bluffs that another driver is bringing in from Colorado. Well instead of being here or even close, he’s three hours away because he decided to take a 13 break. I started my day at 0330, so my 14 hour clock ticks away. Thanks for screwing up my day.

    Got empty in Chicago, reloaded in Schaumburg and dropped that at the Council Bluffs yard this morning. Picked up a preloaded trailer in Lincoln going to Goodlettsville, Tn. for Monday.

    Got home two days early only to get in a car accident. Totalled my car and banged my knee but only a contusion. Let safety know. They did not seemed to be too concerned with it. Sent them police report. I won't miss any time since I am off for a week and still have a vacation in two weeks celebrating my first year here at FCC. I came out lucky. Airbags did not deploy. Happened just two blocks from my house. Familiarity breeds contempt.
