I've always been led to believe they were cheaper but I'm guessing very little resale value when they're retired. Maneuvering and visibility has to be better and maybe that's what these companies are looking for?

Different for sure, reminds me of that place around Lexington, KY I've been by a couple times on the Bluegrass Parkway if I remember correctly.

He was standing on the customer side, trying to woo the service writer. I figured it was some hourly driver riding the clock. You wouldn’t have to reach.

I guess this guy is used to drivers being nice and staying quiet while he hogs the desk. I’m not nice.

    Do you work here?

    ‘No.’

    Then shut the F up.

He walked out to collect his thoughts and she jumped to attention.

“Sir, let me go check on your paperwork.”

    Thank you ma’am.

She comes right back out with my papers. In 5 minutes, I am on my way. That other driver is sitting in his tanker looking angry. He probably went back inside and told her how close I came from getting stomped or something like that.

Guys, if you’re trying to woo some eye candy, at least have the decency to back off when customers arrive.

Mixers in general don’t have much resale value. My understanding is the customers like them better.
