    California has a big problem with gangs of feral parrots. Been a while back, newspaper story about it. Seems the cause quite a problem

    Its a bug like the one in the pic, they originated in pa, but they infest very badly...supposedly they destroy all the agriculture .... Pa put out a PSA to destroy all laternflys
