I started out playing by ear then learned to read music, then learned to love tab because it gives you a more "accurate feel" for what you are supposed to be doing when you want to learn a song quickly and play it half decently. I then spent a few years obsessed with music theory and it made me a better player but also makes me think too much about it at times.

 

My I recommend a physiatrist.

 

They can't figure it out lol.

I brought a bunch of those back from Virginia. Window screens did nothing to keep them out, I'm still finding them in my truck.

 

Thats the mitrals leaking inside both of his heart chambers. they leak a lot of bit and hes unable to function with vim and vigor. There is fortunately a plug made so that the surgeon can just pop that thing into the leak and let the body cover it in it's own healing that is pretty powerful. Next thing you know Mr Wheeze is 18 years old again bedding his first girl.

The next problem to look at would be the pipes to and from the heart itself. If they are clogging like a laundry store house. they can chop that out and install a stent which is nothing more than a medicated pipe and bypass the clot. One of my relatives dropped from a major widow making MI, but they bypassed him four times on the table with three stents. There was some death for the actual heart itself but not too bad. He just came out of ICU for organ failure plural. The hospital in Florida did a good job patching him up. Until the next problem.
