i just did my q3 fuel numbers. i put 6 new injectors from detroit diesel in gary,in. and my avg came out 4.5mpg. 2012 cascadia. any idea on what i should do. ive been checking daily last 2 weeks im getting 6mpg a day minimum. but still very low imo. i replaced fuel sensor and fuel valve too.

First thing is start a good fuel mileage program, get a running 30 day average and see exactly what your fuel mileage is. What kind of truck and trailer set up do you have, Make model and year of truck. Transmission, rear ends. Do you pull flats reefer, van or tanker? There are 50 different reasons for the fuel mileage your getting so need good info to start helping you. Soor just realized you have a 12 Cascadia just need tranny and what rear ends.

First and cheapest, check the charge air cooler for leaks.

I got 6 pulling flatbed in the western mountains. But my 12 was brand new. With a 13 speed.

spray starting fluid around your cac boots. both sides. spray the cac it self. do this when engine is cold. if it revs. then you got a leak
