I read your post last night, but break down that pay structure to me again. I think you said $400/day @ about 400mi/day. So basically $1/mi gross?

What about a 16' cube on a van or like f350 chassis? You would have a bigger cab than the lil cabover and Penske, Ryder, uhaul all use them so there is a bunch of used ones floating around cheap.

 

What is the height of the loading dock? Pretty sure most trailers would be too low to work.

Have you looked for old Penske/Ryder rental trucks?

 

I definitely think you need to see all the numbers before jumping on something like that and dropping real $ on a vehicle for it.

Do you have a cdl? Have you run truck in the past? Whats holding you back from just doing that?
