Hopefully you parked with the trailer on a downhill slope. When I was doing P&D work we delivered a lot of farm chemicals both palletized and 250 gal totes....first thing I always told them was I don't care where we unload but the door of the trailer will be lower than the nose, lol.

 

Pulling a hopper? Just use a Sharpie and write FARM USE ONLY on the side, seems to work for guys in Kansas.

 

Got parked at the Eytoa, MN rest area. I’m working the first of 2 rounds of Chicago to Minneapolis.


They forgot to load the passenger side of the trailer.

 

I don't know what Doc thinks...butSam looks unimpressed!

 

Got to Gateway a little late. As Mike would say"gettin' my Fatboy on"!! Old Bay wings and a slice..beats a stick in the eye!

 

I think Sam is enjoying life. He’s where he wants to be. He appears content riding shotgun in a big rig.

 

That’s a young guy thing. For the old guys, it would say, “When you gamble on a full on mudslide dump and only let a fart.”

Most disappointing part of the day. Pressure building, cheeks clinch, sphincter strains in agony and it take all of your strength to hold back thunder. Run to the porcelain god, say your prayer, make an offering and....

...nothing but the butt trumpet.

You have to love when you get paid twice to haul half loads and I hope that they are paying for the empty miles to get the second load

 

This picture made me want to see if our trailer can utilize J-Hooks. Will have to investigate tomorrow...

Hit me like a ton of bricks that man oh man would J-hooks be nice for securing some of the screwball loads we drag around.
