Speaking of messes...

Build some nice, lightweight aero skirts to enclose the bike. Something somewhat sealed to keep the crap off it. And easy to R & I.

 

My first thought is that his lawyer didn't do him any favors. His Facebook stunt was a lot of things but witness-tampering wasn't one of them. I suppose it's possible he totally ignored his lawyer, as well, and plead guilty against his lawyer's advice.

 

I honestly couldn't really make heads or tails of it. 2 sides to every story and I think there's much more to the picture than we were told.

 

This Dancing with the Star Show at SeaWorld gig is really wearing thin on me. I can't keep my weight up, no matter how much I eat. It's a really physical workout every single performance. It's grueling let me tell ya.

Don't believe what they say about Shamu being friendly either. His constant biting sarcasm can really hurt a guy.

 

"She said, he said" crap mostly. but then he sent a message to a cop that was investigating everything, and his message could be construed as a bribe. In other words, he hung himself. And when charged, he pleads guilty. They had NOTHING, bluffed him and he folded.

@Hammer166 mentioned how his lawyer failed him OR he chose not to listen to his lawyer, and Hammer is dead on. The DA was blowing smoke. Any half baked lawyer could see that. Has to be the dumbest move in legal history.
