I was sitting at a red light and there was a sign at the corner that said in real big letters "WE BUY CRACK HOUSES" with a phone number and u see that real small it said and normal ones too lol.

 

Know of any crack houses? Give em a call and tell them the address. See what kind of deal they can make you.

 

I don't unfortunately, that's what made the sign even better. If it was in Palma Ceia or Ybor it would make a lil sense but in Riverview surrounded by $400,000 houses didn't seem like the best place to drum up business lol.

 

It got you to notice it the sign worked....

Also crack houses are treated almost like a "super fund" site. If contamination is of sufficient level the feds will not fund a loan until cleaned and reinspected. If an unknowing local was trying to just flip one it could be problematic to get the next buyer financing.

Also if a meth lab was set up in a rental the existing owner may just want to dump it.

 

It completely worked. I just don't know if a corner in a town with a average income of $107,000/yr (per Wikipedia) is the best place to advertise. Doesn't seem like there are too many rentals floating around and definitely not any crack houses lol. I could see that working in Tampa tho, there are plenty of crack houses there.

 

The ####ing parrots are being loud again....I strongly dislike those things.

 

Saturation marketing.... Throw enough signs up and the right person will eventually see it and call. Like flyers on the phone poles.
