I'm sure they only cover the drivers insurance. Not the whole families. Disregard my statement. I saw the other replies.

No they have a bonus structure that pays out for various mile accomplishments. Like $500 if you hit 12,000, $700 if you go over 12,500, $900 if you hit 13,000. $1200 if you hit 14000. Etc.. off top of my head ! These are not exact quotes. They have bonus calculator on their website. ShipEX Salary Calculator - See How Much You Can Make! | ShipEX

My bonuses are about $4800 so far and i was trying to say that combined with the driver healthcare coverage makes it about $75,000 overall by the end of the year. Not exact numbers yet. Just that a lot of companies you pay out of pocket for a portion of your healthcare. Here the driver is covered 100%.. BUT IT'S NOT ALL FREE have to pay to add spouse.

Just trying provide information that helps drivers understand the salery and approximate money to be made. It's not over top pay but it's decent.

Yeah I just checked that calculator, thanks, during the first year with the company 12000 miles pays $375 total for mileage and compliance combined.
    If you hit 12,500 miles it’s a combined $625
    13000 miles jumps to $1125

Compliance bonus says “up to” meaning it’s not all guaranteed, but the productivity bonus looks like it’s simply mileage based, and starts adding up, when you hit 13000 miles and up.

That def sounds better then what I thought you meant. 14000 miles for just productivity is an extra check each month, $1125

That's correct. The safety bonus is .01 cent for every mile driven that month after reaching 10,000 miles so if you drive 10500 miles you get a safety bonus of $105.00. If you hit 12700 (for example) you get $500 productivity bonus for less than a year with the company, plus compliance bonus of $127.00 assuming you completed all your safety practices correctly. Every year you are here that productivity bonus goes up. Like that $500 bonus turns to $600 then $700 etc.. after 5 years that same $500 turns to $1000.

I don't believe they hire owner ops typically. However i did meet a team once that had a lease truck through Shipex hauling for Fresenius which is our main customer. So that leads me to believe that maybe in some cases they do. But they don't advertise it.

So I'm doing another turn and burn! Ran a Nestle load from Utah to Ohio, dropped it picked up mt went down the street, live loaded and went back to Utah. Dropped that load here in Utah and picked up another pre loaded trailer at the same Nestle and now back to Ohio. But first it's time to chill out for a minute and get in a 34hr reset, Ahhhhhh. Only got 1hr left on my 70.
