The DEA was removed from the enforcment against CBD by the recent laws in Passage eliminating CBD from schedule one because it does not have enough THC for that. The FDA is the enforcer legally regarding CBD.
Arkansas does not require a #### thing to possess CBD as long you don't have THC to go with it. And I am tested for POT as a illegal drug as part of my clinic routine Which is why if they did find THC last month they all will have to go to jail with me on their own product sold to me.
Now if I traveled to say a east coast state with that stuff in my pocket? Whoo hoo baby we find out if I ever come back from the jail house there. Because in those states, the tightwads say you cannot have it in your possession without a pot card. (Medical Pot Prescription Card) Arkansas does have a limited set of diagnoses for Pot Cards here, generally if you got one today I hope you bought and enjoy all the guns you ever will see in this life because possession of the pot card here means you are no longer lawful to buy guns anymore in Arkansas.
It's interesting though. Pot is NOT my flavor. I don't like or enjoy the stuff. But I'll go down swinging on CBD. Espeically now that FDA is responsible for enforcing standards, not the DEA. -
You will still turn a dirty urine if you take CBD, won’t you?
