    Correct, all fender badges ( Except 1955 ) are above the body line.....

    1956 & 1957 do share the same hood ornament though, just the paint is reversed on the Chevy emblem.

    The 1956 GMC does it for me. Or 52 3100 3 window. Or 1970 CST 400 short bed. Ugh I could never choose.
