My wife’s uncle retired as did this truck he drove years ago. My brother in law had it for a number of years and talked about restoring it, and using it local.

1970 International Transtar 400 with a 8V71 Detroit Diesel and a 13 spd Trans. Truck spent it’s life delivering for Southern States Co-op. And had daylight doors..... long before Kenworth made it a fashion.....

 

I always use lemon pepper and garlic if I'm baking fish. When doing grouper I also line the baking pan with bacon.

Real good on chicken also.
