    Thanks.. i thoght the same too..so far because of my work history i have been told, declined by Swift, TMC, Roehl, PTS. And I did include a short note explaining my history. IM still waiting on USA, Super Service Trans Am and Covenant

    My hubby was in similar boat. He was laid off after 25 years at one company in 2006. They closed up and left the area and did not allow any employees to transfer. For years he has had to take jobs just to be able to put food on our table and keep a roof over our head. On the applications he filled out he put all history back to that 25 years. Give the reason why changing to other companies such as temporary work, making more money, laid off due to not enough work, and benefits. He was hired by Werner right away. Hope this helps.
