Ok so my 94 freightliner FLB cabover has an odd issue with the air bags.
I was originally a Wabco style air leveling valve. it went bad. So today i bought a direct replacement Barksdale valve. Same hookups and the valve is working great but only the rear axle bags are inflating. WTH is going on? Its new bags, 2 weeks old, and a new valve.
I tried swapping lines around and still only the rear axle is inflating. ive looked at lines and they seem fine. Ive sprayed everything down with water and soap and no leaks. I even roated the new valve 180° and nothing.
There are what appear to be 2 proportioning valves next to the leveling valve. 1 on each side of it. I tried tapping them to see if it helped and nada. Also those valves are connected. 1 output from leveling valve goes to each of the 2 other valves. But 1 line coming off the right hand valve has a T in it and goes to the other proportioning valve.
Any ideas?

Ok so i think im an idoit. Lol what i was calling proportioning valves i know think are the dump valves. If 1 of them is stuck open, i could see it not letting the front bags fill
