@Zeviander was it you that worked for the company who built those trucks with the CAT's painted power module white? How'd that paint hold up to the heat or did it discolour?

 

Couldn't tell you. I left before it really got any road time, and the driver that got that one glider ended up blowing it up a few weeks ago from what I've heard, lol. The guy who built it is pissed.

I couldn't see it discolouring all that much more compared to the CAT yellow. For your application, I doubt it'll make that big of an impact since it won't see any snow or salt.

 

I've got 2 rattle cans of it. Gonna see how it goes. Plan on painting other parts of the engine semi gloss black.

 

Not for bud light. That I might as well poor in the toilet and save time.

Well, listening to opera would probably make me want to paint my fingernails lol. But that said, I can’t believe what a great job that little girl did!!!! She has my full respect! Although I never understood a word she said lol..

 

I had this paint mixed at the local color shop, along with the primer. They said it will endure the heat better than standard body paint. This is the AMC Jeep engine.
