This is bs. You didnt have an accident.They put that crap on your DAC ..I would try and get that removed. You did no damage to your vehicle or anyone else's. They had to pay to send someone out the get you unstuck so they stuck it to you. If they were a decent company they could have just written you up and left it in house and said hey dont make it a habit. That's the cost of doing business..another example of a company that could care less about its drivers.
