Does anyone know where to find a list of medications banned on trucks by the DOT. I'm taking a medication called Tramadol and I need to know if it legal on my truck.
Thanks

IMHO
If you can prove that it is your Rx, then you can have possession of it, while in the truck.
However; if you are ever pulled( or an accident), you are at risk of being considered under the influence of your own Rx.
Your burden of proof for having a sedative or any altering medication, type medication on board.
I doubt you will be able to get a doctor to state that you can drive while taking the med, if it is labeled as such.
It is a "Catch 22", treat your ailment and don't drive, or drive and then treat ailment.jnb1110 Thanks this. -
Seizures have occurred in some people taking tramadol.
Be careful if you drive or do anything that requires you to be awake and alert.
Didn't know anything about this particular narcotic, so I looked it up. The above two sentences were taken from the warning section about the drug.
Be careful. -
There are certain drugs that you can't take even if you are prescribed. Like Chantrix, for example.
