Those kinds of lessons tend to get set in your memory FAST.

 

Well, we could ask Scottie. Some of his videos actually worked, tbh. Still a good thread. Taught my wife on the 1:64 scale... worked wonders, jsyk. @Dreazz75 keep this in mind.

ps: BACK to the original topic, I'm not bright with R/C's with my sausage fingers, but that's a great idea, as well.

Practice backing with a 1:64 or even larger. I'd swear by it. Taught a 5'2" woman of a buck twenty that way.....shifting came easy once she got the 'response' of the T/T combo.
