You can always try applying to company-sponsored training that covers most of the country. Swift, CR England, Stevens, CRST, or Werner, one of those might just take you.
That way you know you will have a job and they will know upfront about the violation so you won't have to go through paid training and then find yourself unhireable.

more than 15 over with a CDL; the second offense gets a year suspension of the CDL privileges and a lot of insurance companies don't like it even if it is a little old....

I’m currently in contact with a lawyer who may be able to have the charge removed from my record. I don’t have my cdl yet so I’m pretty sure it’s legal. I read online it’s illegal to have certain charges changed/removed once you have your cdl by doing remedial courses or other things like that? Is this true?
