    its 5 point violation. 1st year its 3x the points in the csa world. so the 1st year its a 15 point violation. 2nd year it drops to 10, then 3rd year it drops to 5

    She’s not going to have any points because they stay with the company when she leaves. Her current employer must not have any issues with them seeing as how she’s still employed. Unless she is simply trolling here.
