    Does anyone know what this problem is and my rpm goes up and down a bit

    Tach looks pretty steady to me. Not something I'd worry about.

    I too hear something though. Sounds like an exhaust leak. Maybe a miss? Kinda hard to tell.

    I forgot to mention once the engine warms up you can barely hear it n it plus does it a bit when im loaded climbing hill

    nothing wrong with rpm. the gauge is not accurate plus there can be little up and down of rpm. its acceptable. do valve adjustment and use good fuel.

    I did valve adjustment about a year ago truck Has now 581k miles maybe I need to do it again. when I drive for a while my oil psi stays at around 19 20psi then slowly goes up to psi to 29 30 is that normal

    Sounds like a stuck open exhaust valve. Take rocker cover off and inspect valve lash.

    If you don’t know where the valve cover is do not attempt to work on your truck. Take it to a mechanic.
