All very valid points for sure...

I need to quality what I meant for O/O

I was trying to say O/O that is then leased onto a company (best of both worlds?) ... not a L/O that is attached to a single company... and I’m no where close to running my own show... that would fail for sure... lol

Stayed in Barstow yesterday, got up at 0400 and headed over to Redlands. Dropped my loaded trailer, grabbed an empty and fought my way over to Orange, California. Currently getting live loaded, going to Lenexa, Kansas for Monday morning.

Yep. They said since it had a problem b4 that freightliner is paying for the 1box and the company pays the labor. I made it up to sioux city with no issues so far.

Finally got home after 4 weeks out again.
    This week has been interesting!
Get to TA truck stop in Barstow, Ca Saturday after and spent time with family. Then then Monday morning ran up to Yermo to Vegas Truck stop and switched loads with any driver who ran out of hours and took his load to Chino , Ca then there wasn’t any loads coming out of California so went to the TA in Ontario to set until next morning and got a live load in Commerce going to Kearny Nb
Everything was going good until the snow Hit I-70 in Colorado. Made it a rest area in Vail and had to park it until next morning when Chain law was lifted. Finally got to customer in Kearny NB at 8 pm last night and parked there until they woke me up for D/H then headed to Lincoln this morning for a Mars load going to GA for Wednesday morning. Stopped in St Joe on my way for home time

    gntorres61 and runningman0661 Thank this.

Nope. Abilenes Johnboy taught me only chain to get yourself out of trouble, not to go into it. Those words have served me well. We are supplied with chains on the truck. I keep mine locked up and then threw away the key!
