Food service component pay??

O ok cool Thank u man. Now I have a Better understanding. I may be getting a job at Maines and they do Component Pay and was alittle confused on how it works. The guy said we get paid $140 a trip so I was confused. Thanks man appreciate it.

Even if I'm a Drivers Helper it's the same thing

 

Component pay went something like this where i used to work. 0.25c a mile/.22c per case/7.00 per stop and something like a 25 bonus for no wrong deliveries. Worked out to around 1050-1300 depening on length of run. 2 runs a week and 3 if doing a team run. 7-13 stops avg

Also if I'm a Drivers Helper does Conponent pay work the same way as this statement here.

 

Or wat I'm trying 2 ask. How does Conponent Pay work for a Drivers Helper LOL
