Yup especially when you are running for a few weeks. Shutting down early 1 day to save time on your 70 isn't a big deal. Just means you'll have those hrs to use later on in week.

    MIT and JOHNQPUBLIC Thank this.

Right. As you know nothing is hard and fast. Depends on your scenario. Just my general rule of thumb.

Well I've been stuck on the LaCrosse to Memphis to St Cloud MN and back to Memphis now for 2 weeks. Brought load home going to St Cloud for Monday morning, with another re load to Memphis for Weds morn. Then bounce over to Blue City and grab a load to LaCrosse. This will be 1st time ive been to Blue City in months.

Oh and Sunday my next student will be meeting me at my house to start training. This is the lucky student who gets to spend winter with a trainer. Already told him to not be in a big hurry to get out of my truck. Soak up the 1st winter being lucky enough to have someone with you.

Got a heartland transponder drilled into the underside of the hood. Wonder what were using it for, since supposedly we were not doing thier warehouses or loads.
