    Hey everybody,
So I got some trouble with passenger side fuel tank not leveling fuel with opposite one.
Driver side is working normal and passenger side always full. Few days ago I was in the shop and they blew all fuel lines and cleaned fuel filter but still the same issue.
Both valves on passenger side tank are good, fuel is going through them. They blew out some dirt.
Any idea what to do next?

Have the vents been checked and cleaned on the tank? If you park where nothing can get into fuel cap, loosen or take it off and see if fuel starts leveling between the tanks. If so the vent is the culprit.

I will try later when rain stops. i am not sure about vents. Is it safe to take them off? I guess they are on the top of the tanks.

I had same issue, transfer hose was clogged, here how I fixed it. First, I checked fuel vents filters (aka breathers) on both tanks - they were dirty, best way to change them (they are cheap) but I used air pressure to blow some air thru them... well it didn't help too much. Later, I took air pressure hose and put some air pressure into passenger tank thru air breather valve (this is one-way valve allowing air into tank on top of fuel tank near cap). Also very important to open driver side fuel tank cap to release building pressure in driver side tank. Keep watching fuel level in DS tank, best way to do it when DS tank is 1/4 full. If you don't notice transfer add air pressure. To stop pressurized fuel transfer release pressure by opening PS cap. Good idea to transfer fuel from PS to DS tank and vice versa 2-3 times to completely remove dirt. Do it when engine is off.
Volvo pumps fuel from DS tank to engine. Fuel gauge reads level from PS tank. You may ran out of fuel if transfer hose is plugged and you don't manually monitor fuel level in DS tank.

    PS - passenger side
    DS - driver side

Let us know if this helps.

Yes. Different styles from different manufacturers. Should screw out? May have a hose connected to it . The small hose should be able to be removed. It could be plugged.

All right, i just unscrew air vent and blow with some air through hoses and vents. On passenger side blew some green black stuff most likely algae debris.
I gona leave fuel tank open overnight and see is it gonna level them.

    stillwurkin Thanks this.
