Still Room For An Old Dog ???

Hello to all. Thanks for the great Trucking Forum, I’m hoping I can both learn a lot and maybe even contribute a bit as well. I’m giving Trucking some serious consideration as a career jump, but it sounds like the market is full of new young drivers (I know we all have to start some time). Guess it’s a sign of the times. I’ve done most everything but Trucking, and now that I’m closer to being a father (or grandfather) to these new guys age wise, I’m wondering if an older dog can make a go of it and join in. Got a lot of ‘been there – done that’ behind me, and Trucking has been calling for a while now. I’m hoping to gain a better perspective from the input so many of you are giving.
