    I have to disagree with that. When I first bought my truck I had absolutly no clue how anything worked on these big trucks, but buying a 92" with 1.2mill that gets put through hell daily will teach you how to fix things fast. I never would have learned though without the hands on experience of owning a truck. With help from the guys on this board I now have a good understanding of how most of the things on my truck work, and have the confidence to repair most things by my self. Now if you buy a truck and refuse to learn to repair anything yourself, that would be a different story.

    Okay, here is a final update. The clutch siezed on Monday night and snapped off. Fortunately I was idling and it did no damage other than to break the belt and dent the harmonic balancer. Truck was towed to Pikesville peterbilt in Pikesville, KY. Pete paid for the tow and everything is warranted.

    I am REALLY impressed with Pikesville Pete. When truck came in they were very busy, but a mechanic was put on it right away. Good place, no excuses and they know who the customer is.
