Not all aerodynes are the same either. There is a model year break on m....sometime between 1995 and 1998 where KW did away with the partition wall behind the seats.

The tri axle glider I posed a bit back ran across the scales at 29078lbs with half tanks and no chains/binders or gear. 5930kg on steer, 7260kg on drives.
Worked on a 1988 4mg b block today. Spent half an hour trying to find a diagnostic plug to get my laptop plugged in, dunno how they make these things run with no #### wires.
Had to blow a quarter inch of dust off all the tooling. Oil leak behind fuel pump, fuel in oil and tick in the top end.

Beer still in hand.
Only way 1.50 a mile would remotely be worth it in my book is if I'm not footing the fuel bill. But even then that still doesnt seem right. I average 5.5 mpg. So to go 1000 miles I'm spending 500 in fuel roughly. At 1.50 a mile making 1500 bucks not paying for the fuel still isnt much considering the other things youd have to pay for. For that cheap of a rate theres got to be more to it than that.Westbound23, Al. Roper, Zeviander and 11 others Thank this. -

Looking at their website more they talk about fuel discounts so fuel definitely isnt paid either. They do talk about a fuel surcharge that is added to it but it doesnt say what it is just that it's based off national average so I'm guessing its 1.55/mile plus itd have to be around .50 a mile maybe on the fuel surcharge? I'm just guessing of course but thatd bring you to 2.05 a mile which still isnt great.

Would you have to pay a % back to the company too, or would that $2.05 be yours to keep..?Westbound23, Al. Roper, Zeviander and 10 others Thank this.

According to a 12 year old forum post at the time they paid .385 a mile in fuel surcharges so I guess .50 a mile isnt that far off of a guess.
No clue what the rate was back then but guessing at 1.55 a mile plus a .385 a mile fuel surcharge youd be at 1.935 a mile so 1000 miles is 1935 bucks. That doesnt seem bad. Is that bad for a 1000 mile run?Westbound23, Al. Roper, Zeviander and 10 others Thank this. -
