    I remember you guys mentioning about being like a woman. Unable to decide on jobs. Another way to view it. It's more like a kid in a candy store. Can't decide on one. Want to try them all...

    You're interested in working physically. May I suggest starting out using Scott Sonnon's "Intuflow". It's actually a dynamic stretching. Especially since you're older. Very important to do this to avoid injury. Scott tells people to do Intuflow for 6 months before starting out exercising. So many just get into 'exercise', get injured, quit, rest, then go back. Avoid all that. Play it smart.

    My main problem with figuring out what I want to do is until I was able to hit my pension I've been with the same company since I was 17 lol. Kid in a candy store is also a good way to put it. There are so many jobs out there and I have no idea if I'd like them or not but want to try them. I miss ups everyday, I loved that job....just didn't like what the company is becoming. It's hard to work somewhere in the golden years and then watch shareholders destroy it.

    I think that's great. You really should look at example's on youtube. Dynamic stretching is much more than static stretching. Leads into doing yoga. All this isn't shallow from Scott. There is big reasons. Always surprised me. Does much more to get joints healthy. Trains the nervous system. Rather than static stretching.
    You ever read that world class athletes always incorporate some yoga? This is along those lines of thinking. World class training. Older needs it worse. Smarter training, not harder.

    Yoga is the most ### kicking thing I've ever done in my life lol. I used to do some fighting (in a gym, not a complete ####### lol) and did a lot of yoga back then.

    Atleast i can get up to my secret truck stop in amish country before hitting north philly bright and early monday AM. I have a feeling dispatch is gonna send me to nyc or something similar since i put in my 2 weeks notice and this next load should take me to the house.

    North Philly.....luck you lol. Make sure to stop in Kensington and buy some heroin since open air drug dealing is allowed there lol. What's the secret truck stop in Amish country? I moved out there before moving back to Florida.
