If you read all of his posts, you'll see he's a kook. You don't need to be a rat because another driver got a better load then you did. You'd probably be a day late on delivery anyhow.

OK, we need to make something clear here.

This IS my business at this point. i didn't chose this, they did. If it didn't involve me, i could care less. But it DOES.

Tucker, i would ask that you stay out of this, because you simply do not know all the facts.

Not one of us knows the facts.

Enlighten us... Tell us what really happened that makes it your business.

IF you were going to drop the dime on someone, how would you do it?

Tell me then if your not a rat then how do you explain this topic that you posted?
Then claim in the same topic your not a ratt?

If this concerns someone else's hours of service and not your's then mind you own buissness.
What do you have to gain from doing this?

Your prolly just a sniveling swift driver that is pissed because somebody is getting more miles than you and understands how to run a log book.

I can't get into detail for obvious reasons and that's not the original question anyways.

I will say that i don't rat on people. For instance a driver was involved in a hit and run accident. i told the manager he should ask the driver what happened directly. The driver is still employed at the company and this was 2 yrs ago.
But this situation leaves me with no choice. It does involve me very much at this point.

I really don't understand why everyone is getting so mad? If a driver violating HOS got into a serious accident, wouldn't the whole company then be under serious scrutiny? Or even be shut down? Wouldn't that affect everyone at the company? This isn't the situation here. But i'm just saying.

And i am not a rat.

Because you are saying that another driver's HOS is your business... But not telling us why you feel to believe it is your business... Plus you had mentioned that you were going to go tell... I'd got my ### beat by my older brother when I was a youngster for going to go tell... He'd still beat my ### today.

And if it is about a accident... Then it isn't your concern unless you witnessed it. And if you witnessed it, then you were obligated by law to report it to proper law enforcement agencies & file a report of what you saw.

    kelgar50 Thanks this.
