Well if it was me in whatever position your in...

I would do what I have said several times already. Walk away & go someplace else to work. If they are trying to dig up dirt on you... Then they obviously don't want you around. If you go running to the boss... You'll possibly get fired. If you go running to the FMCSA & if the reasons exist to shut them down & blackball the driver's... You will be included in on the fall & receive the same punishment everyone else does.

 

I've been wondering how you know this driver only get 3 hours of sleep, and drives 21 hours a day. You can actually prove he only get 3 hours of sleep?
Does this everyday? Sleeps 3, drives 21?
Man, I couldn't do that.

I've pretty much given up on this one though... 7 pages & still no story except for the ones we posted to show him how easy it truly is to post a story.

To me it sounds like a disgruntle Jerry Noyes employee who is trying to single handily fight that company.
