    I once had a QC problem that had me on the drive line for 3 days straight.
    Yes, we all know I have stamina.
    The QC was replaced by my current problem child, but the logs were toast. I had to do a 34 at the Lathrop terminal before I could drive again.

    That was a faulty hardware issue.
    This last glitch should never have happened - for any of us.
    They (Qualcom/Omnitracs) knew there would be a problem well in advance, but they could not deal with it until after the fact?
    It took less than 2 days to fix it, but they could have spent those 2 days 2 weeks back in the past to make sure it would not happen.

    Y2K turned from a panic into a hoax, because the issue was dealt with before it happened.
    It seems GPS19 was mostly ignored until it was too late, at least in the trucking industry.

    Mine is working fine now, but my DM said most drivers were still using paper logs today.

    And whatever happened, my QC is doing things a bit more quickly today.

    Logs working.
    But not getting fuelroute on nav.
    Doing arrivals not working either.
    At least I am not on paper lol

    That is about the same with me. Make sure to certify your logs often.

    I did check my day log for locations, and that seems to be working.

    I called for fuel a few minutes ago because I never received a fuel route for this trip.
    She said it would not work because Omnitracs was down. When I told her that mine was working she tried, and it gave a fuel stop at the Love's I am staying at tonight in Valley, NE.

    I never received the message, but I'll try fueling in the morning.

    Strange problem, when only certain messages now seem to be blocked.

    On a side note, I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem.

    The new Comdata card that we are supposed to be going to...
    I have been told a new card was sent, over and over again, and it never gets to my address.
    The last card was sent to an address in Wyoming, and I have never even lived in Wyoming.

    It has been resent 4 times already, and it seems the fifth attempt didn't get to my house either.
    Every time I call payroll to inquire about it and to verify my address. Like I said, the last time it was sent to WY when I have lived in MN for several years. And Swift has my correct address.

    I get to find out in the morning if omnitracs has its crap together. Delivered rebar, picked up scrap. Delivered scrap. In queen creek awaiting load.

    If Omnitracs had its crap together this problem would never have happened. They knew well in advance.
    Now they are only playing ketchup.
