So I work for a company, and they love to use personal conveyance to go pick up loads when your out of time. Is there any way to combat that and not get fired?

Start using text messaging to communicate with dispatch and documenting on Qualcomm every single chance you have. They will pretty quickly understand what is going on.
But most importantly start looking for a better company to work for.

All ^^ that. Once you have them on record telling you to violate HOS, you have them by the short hairs.

Of course, after a few messages, you will probably be told to hit the street, as you are not a company man, willing to work for noting.

I got the screenshots. I would like to run with this company, but I value safety over picking up or dropping loads on personal conveyance.

    I'd just change companies.
If you like the company, just deal with it.

Company sounds like it is one audit/accident from having it's operating authority suspended.

Lol my gf don’t like me changing companies too often, not sure why. But this company has a lot of perks. How about I bring it up to the dispatch manager?

Are they telling you to log that way? Demanding you do it? Or are they just simply okay with their drivers doing it?
hard to really tell from your post..
Personally I hate using PC even when I know I can under allowed circumstances. Just gives DOT inspectors reason to look more closely at your log..

Log it the way you feel is right and just ignore what the other drivers are doing..

I worked for a company that allowed drivers to log in under another others user name..(ones who just quit etc). They didn’t demand that you do it though.

Audits are easy to pass if you know the tricks.
