So I work for a company, and they love to use personal conveyance to go pick up loads when your out of time. Is there any way to combat that and not get fired?

Start using text messaging to communicate with dispatch and documenting on Qualcomm every single chance you have. They will pretty quickly understand what is going on.
But most importantly start looking for a better company to work for.PE_T, Flat Earth Trucker, D.Tibbitt and 9 others Thank this. -
All ^^ that. Once you have them on record telling you to violate HOS, you have them by the short hairs.

Of course, after a few messages, you will probably be told to hit the street, as you are not a company man, willing to work for noting.

I got the screenshots. I would like to run with this company, but I value safety over picking up or dropping loads on personal conveyance.
D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
I'd just change companies.
If you like the company, just deal with it.Studebaker Hawk, FlaSwampRat and starmac Thank this. -
Company sounds like it is one audit/accident from having it's operating authority suspended.
PE_T, BrownEyedGirI and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -
jraulpilot1998 and Chinatown Thank this.

hard to really tell from your post..
Personally I hate using PC even when I know I can under allowed circumstances. Just gives DOT inspectors reason to look more closely at your log..
Log it the way you feel is right and just ignore what the other drivers are doing..
I worked for a company that allowed drivers to log in under another others user name..(ones who just quit etc). They didn’t demand that you do it though. -
Chinatown Thanks this.
