Tuning an ecm

    if file is done by a decent tuner they can remove fuel to reduce some cylinder pressure. not as effective as reducing compression but it can help. consequently it will loose a bot of power.

    Ok thanks. Ill be sure to ask them some questions. Boss may just have to have then remove it and just fix the iva solenoids.

    C13 runs lower compression @ 17:1. Proper tuning and they do fine. C15 is different story.

    all 13's 17:1? I'm not overly familiar with C13 ACERT

    I know with 15's 475-550hp is 18:1 and 600-625 are 17:1

    Yep, all KCB are 17:1. Same iron set for all ratings. Never messed with LEE (spark plugs engines), so can't say for sure on them.

    Ok so should i be worried about the motor being hurt by them doing this and do i need to ask them about it? Again, thanks for all imput
