If you have Both- Your way ahead- And your still young- In your favor as of now- Not sure what you "lost" but, Much success to you and your future holdings.

Having a Wife and family that stay by your side helps 10 fold........And I haul "Freight" Which makes it Double as hard...

 

Maybe look for a regional or local gig? Perhaps being out hustling so much (not that it's bad) has kicked some things out of balance and it sounds like you're getting a little burnt out.

 

If I could find a decent local company I'd be gone already... I've looked and haven't liked what I've seen. So, I'm trying to transfer to our Otis account out of Florence, SC in the meantime... despite that being FCFS.

I'll add that I've been very very VERY happy here at SPD. And, ideally, I could work locally/regionally for them until I retire. Great place, imo. Even with everything I've gone through this last weekend..they haven't pressed me for anything and have simply given me time to get my head back in it...

Absolutely.

By no means blaming anyone -- I knew this #### going in. It just hits you like a train once you realize it isn't as worth it as you may have thought or you didn't think you'd lose the people you did. Gotta learn and grow through it.
