Where are these rates published? You guys are lucky. We have to figure out what each job should be.

I know, you do as well, but not everyone's costs are the same, and if they remain marginally profitable then the market is determining the rates.

Edit to add, bootlegging 9 axle loads with 8 axle outfit will end up costing eventually, it's basically a risk/reward thing that most all areas of trucking deal with.
