Stryker 447 E4 warning

    I do not get the ohm meter part but that's ok.

    If you lengthen the coax and your swr goes down, it is part of a grounding problem and shows the rf ground was too short which is going through the coax outer shield. It is called common current mode,

    Yrs it was all an antenna issue. The radio has been in 3 other trucks with me. Thank you

    I only asked that because my SR-655HP selector knob was somehow switched to the E band yesterday, which in my case is still programmed for 10 meter frequencies

    I understand that !! I have doubled checked that a few times when packing up from one truck to another.
