Company has some good benefits to work for as far as the cpm and the initial training pay and solo positions.... but you have to be prepared to camp out in a small place with some other person and abide by there rules..then have problems if they become hot headed to begin with and use intimidation as an excuse towards the whole office personnel or get kicked to the curb by him or the sup,.. like its some kinda joke in high school... you will never be heard because of the biased seniority trip there on...O yeah be able to fast and hold your crap while your angry trainer drives carelessly.....for long periods of time, sometime all day. then after you get to the shop up north be lied to about the training you received and given no option but to beg for a ride 1400miles south where your personal vehicle is....more like a SHAM and BIG ONE beware of other problems that follow after you leave...as well after what i, heard I wouldn't even use them as a fair reference.

Windy Hill has been around a long time up here they must be doing something right , those new Freightliners they have now are a far cry from what they used to run.
Sounds like what I went thru in Boot Camp , if you can stick it out , there are rewards, Good Luck. -
Lonesome Thanks this.
