What's that seat like. Astros had those big front windows. I always felt they shared some body design DNA - just a little bit - with the GMC Motorhome.

    UGH Fishbowl.

Mine had nothing inside that thing working. All I knew was that icepick in ears from that enormous turbo under the flimsy doghouse to the right side seat. WHIIIRRRRRRRRRRRRRSCREEEEEEECH!!!!!

ow. shift. get hit again at 2300 shift again. and again. and agian.

Whats REALLY interesting is the sound it made when you DOWN shifted and the RPMs felloff that thing. SPPPPOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWLLLLLLLL down in pitch over time.

    Crazy crazy experience.

STUCK to your back too I suppose. You maybe used beaded seat covers real fast on this one here.

You aint alive until you tried a Mack Suicide cabover. tiny thing. I think about 34 inches from foot well to your back against the backwindow.

My 85 aerodyne was a good truck other than the cable shift and cab frame issues they had .
It was cat powered 350 hp with a 9 speed and gave me very few problems.
I sold it in 1990 with 800k on the clock for 15500 as the bottom was dropping out on cab overs due to liberalized length laws....cab overs became almost worthless overnight .
Kenworth of Omaha had about 50 ex Werner k100s and fat cab Pete's that sat on a dirt lot so long they were sinking in to the ground...they couldn't give them away and were finally exported to south America.
