Prime/Wil Trans

I'm looking for some comparison information on Prime and Wil Trans Recent CDL Grad On-Boarding. What's available on either site seems to be a bit murky.

1) They both discuss seating and upgrades to A Seat driving (which is Solo, I guess). What is the pay progression to get to that goal.

2) Approximately how long do you have to be at each Seat level? (It discusses mileage, but it would be nicer if it was broken down in weeks.

My guess is right now that it's 1 week for orientation/onboarding with no pay, then 3 weeks in C-Seat at 600/wk gross, 8-9 weeks at B Seat for 700/wk gross, and then it's upgrade to A-Seat where starting gross is approximately 1000/wk.
