Actually maybe not. I think my friend was telling me the temperature with the wind chill because every weather forecast online says -18 to -20. Still dang cold lol.

Fun fact. The wig is so old it was made in Burma. Hasn't it been Myanmar since '89 or so abouts..? LoL
