yes i need to know the inactive codes than i can tell you where to look if you have computer hooked up and take a test drive at the same moment its happening it will tell you where to look at the fault that becomes active, best thing you can do is look at the count of the fault that will give you a good indication if its something that is happening all the time or only some of the time.

So the middle code has 18 counts that’s what I look into first could be a few different Causes from clutch getting stuck to cca to ribbon harness also air system not operating properly on the trans side. Hope this helps.

    UPDATE ————
Truck is fixed. Thanks to Nas and his brother Eugene and the mechanics. Great bunch of guys and if you are having issues that no one can figure out. You need to get ahold of nasriza. Hands down one of (if not) the best Volvo mechanics out there. Thanks again Nas. Well worth the trip to Chicago area.
In case you are wondering the trans ribbon cable and cylinder housing were replaced. Also did a egr cooler, turbo, Cooling fan clutch kit , turbo pipe, checked dpf with camera, fixed my year old tcs light and uphill assist lights that have been on and a few other things.

    QUALITYTRUCK and loudtom Thank this.
